Description

Our Virtual Meeting will provide insight into perioperative care of patients undergoing head and neck surgery. And given the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic there will be discussion around approaches in head and neck surgery.

  • Approaches and considerations for safe airway management including tracheostomy during the COVID-19 pandemic

  • Anesthetic management of patients undergoing surgery for obstructive sleep apnea

  • Alternative oxygenation techniques for laryngotracheal surgery

  • Airway topicalization for awake intubation using regional anesthetic techniques

  • Simulation training for head and neck surgery

  • Optimal approaches for head and neck free flap reconstruction
